Krannert Art Museum, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (KAM) invites applications for a full-time, twelve-month, Specialist for Design and Install of Fine Art Exhibitions.

Primary Position Function/Summary:
As a member of the exhibition team this position reports to the Museum Registrar and Exhibitions Director and will work both individually and as a team member in addition to supervising a cohort of student preparators. This individual contributes to the conceptualization and realization of KAM's vision, mission, and strategic directions. The incumbent will be able to develop and execute innovative and well-planned installation designs for exhibitions, collection installations, and multidisciplinary projects for KAM's programs. Additionally, the ideal candidate will embrace and advance KAM's commitment to greater academic integration through student engagement both on the job and through extra-curricular collaborations with students, faculty, and staff.
